Been there, done that with both the wayward mouse that drove my cursor nuts, and I had to chase it all over the place and that prompted the bilingual curses. A funny story, a friend told about when she was in a computer class, and a classmate yelled out that she had lost her cursor. Everyone got down on the floor to search for her cursor. The teacher walked in and asked what they were doing. The teacher got the point and helped find the cursor. I bet there are tons of people that can identify with the situation, including me. Glad all is working well.

Naw. You can plainly see that the support for the rifle comes to a pointy angle. And you KNOW he co-op manager would go nuts over anything pointy in the garden. Remember how he insisted I make the very dangerous Adirondack fencing safe last year? Bring this pointy thang into the garden and he'd go nuts! Besides, the bullets might hit the building and take out chunks of the brick. Then our maintenance charges would go up again for an "assessment". Oh, and the "landscape workers" Mow & Blow might trip over the rifle, or the kid, and then our insurance costs would go up. Better to have my garden decimated by squirrels than attempt a lasting solution. I'm still rootin' for the redtail hawks that live at the end of the block on a college campus.

I was just at big lots and they had a very nice selection of name brand wireless mice for under $10 both regular size and laptop size. I get a lot of electronics there, great brand names and very low prices. I picked up 4 of the 55 in 1 multi card readers that read all of the new HC cards also that some of the older ones will not read. I keep them on hand to share with friends that need them. They were $6 each. Also picked up a few 6 in 1 charging cables, these are very handy for charging multiple devices from one usb plug those were $6 each too. I have a few usb hubs I picked up for that price also. Their price for any kind of cable beats any I have seen. I bought 2 bluetooth headsets for our smartphones for $8 each and they work great, uniden brand. So before you go pay big bucks for a mouse check around!

Hello there mikie, Well I got here and saw before I opened the thread and only saw one reply. I thought, "This can't be good". LOL! I did happen to find my way there to the area you spoke of. I was going to show you a screenshot of my problem. Once I got there, I chose all kinds of sounds to try and get one that will work, but could not. Right before I gave up, I saw a sound option that said "Windows XP Start". That is the same sound I had before! GREAT! Thanks for helping me mikie. I appreciate it greatly.
