Help with plug-ins and filters

I use Paint Shop Pro X2 and have a lot of plug-ins and filters. All my plug-ins show up in my drop down list. When I click on a plug-in the filter is not clickable. A very few of the filters still work but not many. What

could have happened and how can I fix it? They are not

in my PSP files which could cause problems. I point to them from file locations. I have plenty of memory so that couldn't be the problem. Help please. Thanks, Charlene

I dunno new psp ... My old PsP I can remember a mess, by taking the plug-in's folder and copy/moving it to another drive .. then somewhere within PsP are settings to give it the path to the new location. Of course I somehow screwed it up by naming the folder with or without out a plural s or left out the dash or something simple that paint shop wouldnt see , but once I figured out what I had done, suddenly I had two of each plugin until I deleted the original location.

Sounds like your configurations for that path has screwed up somehow, or perhaps the starting folder was slightly renamed. Maybe reconfigure it ? or just move all the plugins to a new location and point it there. Unless its changed in newer versions the plug in folders require matching the original naming convention.

I can pull the ballast and bulb out of the filter and it still does it. The filter is upright with the ballast up high and there is no water in the glass chamber....I checked and the ballast isn't wet. Unless my ballast is screwing up....its a dam near brand new unit. I originally flickered 5-6 time then went to full power and worked with the GFCI......now it blinks once and light sup full then trips the breaker.. You got me...

We just put one in which looks identical to Monica's. The electrical inspector, who was pretty thorough, had no issue with it. (He made the electrician change the outlets in our newly-constructed walk-in closet to tamper-resistant receptacles, even though it's not required by code in our area until next year and there are no kids in our home, and made him install an arc fault circuit breaker for the new closet room receptacles, even though code only requires it for bedrooms.) I'm not saying that because an electrical inspector okayed it, it's guaranteed to never be a problem, but if there was even borderline questionable, I'm sure this particular inspector would have flagged us. -- Eric

FF plug ins help needed

Did you just do a FF upgrade to a new version? If so , was it beta3? Be aware not all plugins work with a new version. If not, this would be a time that I would suggest an overwrite of FF as there is nothing to lose. If that doesn't resolve the concern download and overwrite the appropriate plugins, again nothing to lose. Please back up your Bookmarks before you tinker any farther. DA

See how much a new filter pan would cost and just get a new one since you have messed up some of the holes. It might be well worth the life you have left in the machine-or check at an appliance service that might have one from an old machine that isn't gooked up. If you have a pressure washer you might could blast the gook out with it.
