Shower Curtain for tiled tub/shower combo
Comments (20)whatever the curtain, buy a 'clear' liner, not opaque one. makes a huge difference when you are in there showering. i find the best way to dry out the shower fast is to put the curtain to the middle of the rod, with both ends open... you get better air flow. fan out the bottom of the liner both ways, it will dry faster too. once its dry, you can decide to push it to one side or the other for maximum purtiness. it also makes a small bathroom feel larger....See MoreHas anyone used a shower curtain on a neoangled shower?
Comments (0)We are getting ready to retile our neoangle shower in our master bath. After dealings nag with the nightmares of cleaning glass doors (and the ones that are supposed to not spot), we are wanting to go with a shower curtain. We have a country style bathroom that also has a claw foot tub, so we are wanting something that will fit that look. If anyone is using a shower curtain along with a neoangle shower rod, I'd love to hear your feedback. Thanks in advance!...See Moreshower curtain vs shower doors
Comments (15)I asked this question a few weeks ago and our designer helped guide me to our final decision as did input from Houzzers. Our build is pretty high end and I felt like curtain in the kids bath wasn’t vibing with the other choices. However.... We have two small kids, 4 and 18 months. I was envisioning trying to manage the little guy in the tub and reaching around a fixed glass panel or even a sliding glass door and it just didn’t make sense. The designer said it ain’t a huge deal to go in later once they are both bathing independently and install a glass door or panel. So that is what we are going to do. And then find a really nice curtain in the meantime....See MoreCan shower curtain tension rod be used on Swanstone shower walls?
Comments (7)Oh boy!! I am going to have that rod put right down on those Swanstone walls asap. So glad for your info. Thanks so much! What a help you were. I am 100% wheelchair dependent and really was fretting about how to remedy this. A couple of years ago when I had the bathroom rehab done, I had frameless shower doors installed. Was ok for a while because I could get into the shower without transferring....just holding onto shower bars and such. My condition progressed until I could only access shower by transferring from wheelchair and the sliding glass doors did not give me enough room to safely transfer in and out, so I had doors taken out and went to the shower curtains. Works much better!...See Morebundukibun
