I don't have an Ipad so have no clue. There are some nice forums on apple I am sure and people would know or maybe someone here with an Ipad has a suggestion. Even on the computer I back up my address book and my favorites as you just never know if something might happened and you would need to reload them. Mary

Got my concern fixed. I found in the IE Internet Options something checked the "Delete Browsing History on Exit" located on the General Tab. The Yahoo interface change is just coincidence. I am wondering if the last IE cumulative update may have done it. Since I am a 98% FF user I never gave a thought to look at the options until today. DA

I don't know how it appears in a different browser. I'll try to test it, but it is so random in Chrome, that I don't know if I can replicate the problem. I closed that tab and reopened it and now all of my emails are showing up. I do clear the cache from time to time, but it has probably been several months since I have. I'll do that now. Recently, I ran whatever AVG touts as "Fix Performance." It fixes fragmentation, registry errors, and some other things. It is totally baffling to me, but then again, most things to do with the computer baffle me.

d_gw, DD has gmail account. I've tried to "share" to both Yahoo and Gmail accounts. Both rejected it. In my original message, I copied and pasted the rejection language. Friend is on vacation and probably not checking email. She is much less "connected" than most people. diane_nj, the way the software is set up, it cannot be printed, nor can it be saved as a .pdf file. With new grandchildren, I'll be making plenty of photobooks. I've been making photobooks using My Publisher since 2011. I haven't made scads, but I've made enough and made them often enough to be familiar and comfortable with the software. I've used Blurb before but found it more difficult to navigate. If I cannot get this problem resolved, I'm going to have to change to a different company.
