New grout cracked

I bought a condo that had the bathroom re-done before being sold to me.

There is a window in the shower, they wrapped the tile right around into the window cut-out (meaning a tile window sill and sides).

The grout line where the tile on the shower wall meets the tile wrapping the window cut-out has a crack in it. I'm not sure if I am explaining this correctly, basically the tile makes a 90 degree turn around a corner and the grout line there has a small crack in it. This is in a spot that gets splashed with a good amount water whenever someone showers.

I tried pushing the tile with my hand to see if there was any movement. The tiles are pretty solid, but I was able to make the crack a little narrower when I pushed hard, so there is a little movement.

What should I do? Silicon to seal it? Rip it out and re-do it? (NO!!!!!!!!! lol).

Opinions?
