We would need to know the name of the Browser you're using, the Windows Version, and the Norton product all of those things would be helpful to us. In case the simple instructions below don't work for you. If you're using Firefox, this might work for you. In The Firefox Browser at the top, click Tools then click add ons, You should be able to enable the toolbar there.

Well I have 3 Norton things showing on the top of IE so I guess I do have the tool bar enabled and one is identity safe and if I am not logged in when I click it I get the screen to log in like this. Then when I click it after logging in I can see sites listed I have stored passwords for and I can click options, edit logins and see every site. Only time I have to log in is if computer is rebooted or shut down and restarted. You can also click the norton icon on your desktop then click settings at the top then click web on the top and on the left you will then see identity safe to click. You can adjust settings for it in there and set a password up if you haven't done that. Hope this helps. Mary
