kudzu9 you can certainly do a lot of changes to the firefox chrome which is that entire area where the various toolbars are, it would be by making changes(editing) the UserChrome.css, some things can probably also be changed in about:config in firefox also. I think there are some extensions that are additional toolbar buttons which allow some of those changes by using the customize feature as zep mentions, you would add the toolbar buttons extension which adds many more options and buttons to that list. If you do some searching you can likely find ways to get it exactly how you want it. I have my firefox chrome very customized. The use of various themes is of course another option, and may well be the easiest route, if you go to the themes page and search for AEON Big and AEON Jumbo those are both themes for sight problems HiVis Large 3.5.3 that one is part of the Access Firefox project for sight impaired. Access Firefox I think the Anycolor theme in Access firefox project is the most customizable and allows you to change the size of all of the writing on the bars in the firefox chrome, it is an excellent choice for a very customized firefox especially for those with poor eyesight. Well I have 3 Norton things showing on the top of IE so I guess I do have the tool bar enabled and one is identity safe and if I am not logged in when I click it I get the screen to log in like this. Then when I click it after logging in I can see sites listed I have stored passwords for and I can click options, edit logins and see every site. Only time I have to log in is if computer is rebooted or shut down and restarted. You can also click the norton icon on your desktop then click settings at the top then click web on the top and on the left you will then see identity safe to click. You can adjust settings for it in there and set a password up if you haven't done that. Hope this helps. Mary

The free utility is you. It depends on the browser. Try to move your mouse over a tool bar and then right click, sometimes doing that will display a choice of which toolbars to show or not show. On Firefox, click on View, then Toolbars. Post back if you're still working on it. There's no need to actually delete unused toolbars, they do no harm just sitting on your PC. I'm thinking you just want to customize what's visible and what's not?

Phyllis is absolutely correct regarding F11. It will extend the browser window, and return it to normal. As far as I know it is generic on all browsers. Right now on FF I am viewing this site page with no other exposure. By moving the cursor to the top of the screen the basic Toolbar and Address Bar drop down for use, then disappear again. Every user should try it on all their browsers to see the potential benefit of using F11. Trying it will not hurt anything. DA
