It's only a few days until it will be the old time change and I'll bet you that it will automatically change to the correct time then.

In the meantime, just ignore it and use your watch or someother nearby clock.

Did you get the Update for Windows XP (KB931836)

Installing this update enables your computer to automatically adjust the computer clock on the correct date in 2007 due to revised Daylight Saving Time laws in many countries.

Besides what Randy wrote that you may not have all your updates I also wonder if you have a program running that goes out to the atomic clock at regular intervals to keep you clock accurate. Which it would keep at GMT rather than daylight saving time without that update.

I haven't done anything to fix it. Decided to just wait for the original daylight savings time to hit and that should fix it. That sounds like the easiest way.

I hope this doesn't mean that you are not downloading and installing the Microsoft Updates. Many of them are security updates and should be installed every month when they are issued.

Shaun, go to control panel, click on time and date. Click on the tab at top that says internet time. You will see a box there that is checked for time synchronization. Uncheck that box. Reset your time, and you should be just fine. Good Luck :-)Cat
