seems to be a DSL connectivity problem in that I can be surfing and suddenly nothing is getting through. I can go away and come back and it's OK.

Have rebooted several times and reset modem power......??

this is the error message I have been receiving.

IEXPLORE.EXE - Application Error

The instruction at "0x42fc2b62" referenced memory at "ox43686aa4", The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program.

Most of the time that error is associated with a browser add-on such as 'toolbars'.

Got the dreaded "No Power Cell 2" message (yes, it says "2" as well, vice NO Power Cell". Had Pinch a Penny check my under warranty T-CELL-15 - said it passed. Looked at several forums and found this one. Checked my fuses, appear ok - not broken/blown. Wish that was the case however. Notice Amazon sells a PCB board for 350 or so. Before ordering and doing this myself, I noticed a link for navyvet about the circular "fuse" for lack on a better term, specifically the Digi key pn# 570-1062-ND. Will need to take my board off to see if I can find burn marks, then try my hand at soldering (or call a friend). Anyone successful with the soldering, then have issues later on? Don't want to spend money on a new Circuit Board if I can prevent it, but don't really want to repeat the soldering work constantly. Any feedback is appreciated. I'm a newbie at the forum, so if the question has been asked, shoot me the link. Also, anyone else have issues going to www.nopowercell.com? sees down for me. Thank you for your time in advance fellow forum members and DIY repair techs.

Just goes to show that the bigger the organization is the worse the customer care. I am very angry that the real problem was not addressed when I was talking with AT&T. I tried to find an email address to voice my opinion and there isn't one to be found at AT&T's website and the maze you have to go through on the phone is ridiculous. If I hadn't thought of Googling the problem by including the search term "Yahoo" I would still be in the dark about it. And not a word has been issued on the news about the problem and there had to be millions affected by it.

ClientCore.exe seems to be part of HP SimplePass (a fingerprint reader). Does that sound right? If so does it work? Do you use it? Did you remove Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable while in Programs? Those two DLL files seem to be provided by it so reinstalling Visual C++ would likely give you the DLLs back.

Beng12, I've been getting the same advisory more often than not since the last Houzz site "update." Win7 and Firefox. I have all the forum topics that I routinely view bookmarked in a folder, which provides a clickable function "Open All in Tabs" at the bottom of the folder. All the topics open in separate tabs, then I navigate through them in turn to open threads of interest. I found that right-clicking on any tab *after* they've all initially loaded and selecting "Reload All Tabs" refreshes them without the error.

Internet Explorer...is version 7.

I don't think I have added anything new......not aware of a new toolbar.

Try doing this just in case it is an add/on problem, let it run for a while and see if it helps:

1. Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (no add ons)

I am also getting a error message, but mine says FF has encountered a problem and needs to close, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Zep516 do you know how to get rid of this?

I found this in my advanced system information, under view the error log. ( The IP address lease then my IP numbers follow for the network card with network address then more numbers has been denied by the DHCP server then my IP address.)The DHCP server sent a DHCPNACK message)

Also another one that said- (Your computer has lost the lease to it's IP address then my IP numbers on the network card with network address then more numbers.)

Does firefox give an error like below, if so that might help.

Rosie, you could try clicking Start, click Run
type ipconfig /release
click OK
then type ipconfig /renew
click OK

Note the space after ipconfig and before the slash.

Need numbers if you can record them,it might help at least give a clue, the browser is crashing for some reason and like Internet Explorer it could be an add/on issue that is the first thing to try usually

Google-----> Disable add ons for firefox. to see how to do it.

Follow owbist instruction also.

zep516,Well, I disabled add ons for firefox and for IE. Thanks for the FF safe-mode link. That was easy. It's so nice to have people like you to help others. Thank you...

Now, I will cruise along and see if the ERROR bug comes up on my screen. I will let you know.

Well now your supposed to enable 1 add/on at a time to determine which add/on is causing the issue.

In firefox if you click tools at the top then add/ons you will see a list of add/ons installed one of those apparently is causing a problem if your not using any add/ons then uninstall them you will see the uninstall option there.

I just want to make sure your not running fiefox in safe mode all the time.

zep516, I made sure that I clicked the right button so FF was not in the safe mode. I think The AVG Safe Search 8.0 was the cause. That was the only add/ons that was in there. As soon as I did that the computer was running great.

So, I think AVG SAFE SEARCH caused all the errors.

that AVG safe search is famous for causing those kinds of problems and it may well be what is causing the IE problem too, if you have it disable it.
