Can you post the URL to one of these pages?

I am not mona but tried and it worked fine for me.
I copied and pasted to MS Word.
I highlighted, right click, chose Copy.

urlee, I must have some setting haywire on my computer. I cannot even highlight....then copy in this Computer Forum. When I try to highlight something on a webpage, I highlight it.....but with a blinking dotted line on the outside of the highlighted area. It is the same type of thing.....if you are going to crop a picture (that kind of dotted line)I can highlight....then copy from an email...then paste to another place.  It is okay there. So It appears my problem is only with Internet Explorer.....and with a webpage. Do you know of any setting that I might check?Larry

Where did you get your 'Clip' function from? Anybody else have a 'Clip' function on their IE context menu ?

Some, but not all - of the Vista versions have a Snip function. Which I don't have, so I can't tell you exactly how it works.
But that's what it sounds like to me,, something is waiting to make a Screen Capture and maybe until you finalize that screen capture its not going to let you do a normal browser copy/paste.

I just hit the "Clip" to see what the heck it would do. Over on the right...."Clip Book" opened. Exploring further, the function is called "HP Smart Web Printing". Recently, I purchased a new HP printer.....so this is probably something that was added in the HP software. Now, I need to figure out how to disable it. I will keep you all posted.
