I'm looking at some things on Craigslist but when I click on the sellers link to send them an email, Outlook opens. Jane, Whenever I am on a website where I click on their link to send them an email, my outlook express always opens with their addy after the To: So what I do is: I highlight THEIR address, click copy, and paste it after To: in my separate g-mail web account to write to them from there. I never use my OE to respond to any website when OE pops up. OR------If you have like I do, (my g-mails accessed in my OE) while in Outlook express, I leave as is and just change the OE address of mine to my webmail address as if I am writing from g-mail. Wondering who you are sending it to. Thats HUGE - I would be upset if someone sent me that without asking me. That really is too big for emails. That size picture I would upload to a file server & just give a link to it. To big for even a standard webpage view. Maybe you might like something like Dropbox which is a sync'd folder on your computer with an online server. Then people could view or download it from the web by clicking a web link. How about trying this: In the Upper Left Corner of Outlook.com there is a Square with 9 Smaller Squares in it, click on it. Chose Word Online and Type your document for there! There is a Print Icon in the Tool Bar over towards the left or you could chose File on the Tool Bar to the Right and chose Print form the list! Hopefully you have this option on your computer and it's not just something I have! I have Either Office 2007 Professional or Business on this Laptop and my wife's has the other. On my Tablet I have Office 2013 Home and Student and then on my Phone I have ? but it has Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive and maybe something else. Maybe one of those Office packages has installed this Icon and given me access to these programs online, I'm not sure. If you have it, give it a try, it may be much easier for you! BTW, I know I don't have Office 365 on any of my devices!

The outgoing port for my desktop Outlook worked when I changed it from ”25” to ”587”. I noted the difference when comparing the account info on my IPad with the PC. Not sure why there was a difference because both accounts have been working well and I don’t fiddle around with settings if things are working. Re: LG mail accounts, Both Blue Mail and Google Mail stop working after install, when attempting to set up a new account. Tried Outlook on the phone and it will install and receive but not send mail. I’m working on this. Stay tuned.
