Outlook email problem

Outlook appeared and worked well for about 2 months.My server went down recently and since it has been working again. I am unable to log on to Outlook and message says
Internet Explorer cannot display the Page. Firefox showed
the same message.
I tried the trouble shooter,and also explored additional options and suggested I contact Cutomer support online.
I have not been able to solve the problem. Hopefully some
one here can tell me what to do.
I have windows 7 64bit.

Thank you . I don't see my problem listed so I will ask
the question on their forum. I downloaded IE 10 hoping that may solve things but it didn't. Also, I could access Outlook from that site.

OK, I was able to create a POP account through the account settings instead. For some reason it wouldn't work the other way through Outlook.com. The new POP account seems to be working properly - ie. the incoming emails haven't disappeared, and they've been the inbox for a few hours now. So fingers crossed. Don't know if I should have a POP account in the day and age of IMAP accounts; but it clearly wouldn't work with one POP account as the server and the other as IMAP.

Outlook Express is a free email program produced by Microsoft. Sounds like your original program might be corrupted, so you could try downloading a clean version (it's free). Hopefully the new version will copy across all the messages and addresses from your old version (fingers crossed), but it's a good idea to print out anything you might miss if it were lost. Then you can download the version of Outlook Express that suits your operating system (Windows or Mac). Many sites offer Outlook Express for downloading, incuding MS itself (www.microsoft.com). How about trying this: In the Upper Left Corner of Outlook.com there is a Square with 9 Smaller Squares in it, click on it. Chose Word Online and Type your document for there! There is a Print Icon in the Tool Bar over towards the left or you could chose File on the Tool Bar to the Right and chose Print form the list! Hopefully you have this option on your computer and it's not just something I have! I have Either Office 2007 Professional or Business on this Laptop and my wife's has the other. On my Tablet I have Office 2013 Home and Student and then on my Phone I have ? but it has Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive and maybe something else. Maybe one of those Office packages has installed this Icon and given me access to these programs online, I'm not sure. If you have it, give it a try, it may be much easier for you! BTW, I know I don't have Office 365 on any of my devices!

The link for my Outlook mail changed a day or so ago. I have to search for hotmail and replace my bookmark with the new site.
