Granny - I'll try to give you an answer to this problem. Go to "My Documents" where you have stored the email. Double click on one e-mail and open it. Look along the top to see if there is a file attached to the e-mail (which would be the picture).......or maybe the person just inserted the picture in the e-mail and did not send the file. If there is a file attached - while on the open e-mail.. click on File, click Save Attachment Choose a place to save it - desktop is pretty safe and easy to find Click Save. Now - go to your desktop, dbl. click on the file to open it - and make sure it opens - if so - you have now saved it to your hard drive. If by some chance - the person simply inserted the picture in the email and did not include the file Right click on the picture that is in the e-mail Choose save as jpeg Save it to your desktop again......and go there and try to open it. Once you have the pictures saved to your hard drive - you can put them in "My Pictures Folder" and you can delete all the old emails. I would do that first - then you can get help on uploading them to a site. They must all be saved on your computer hard drive first. Hope this helps. Elaine

Are you "typing" up a letter to print out? Or is this an email type of letter? If you are using Word, or something similar to make a letter that you are printing, - insert the picture, then click on it so the little boxes show up around it. Then put your mouse over a corner - click & drag your picture in to resize it as you desire. Make sure you drag only a corner.

Thanks very much for merging the photos and painting more colors for me. I recognize that you have a lot of time into this for me, and I really do appreciate it. I love the color of your guest bedroom and of your hallway outside the room. The picture in your hallway is beautiful too. I looked through the color chips that I have, and I haven't collected one for Mirage yet. What's funny though is that I painted a posterboard with White Sage, and in my room, it looks very much like your bedroom color! I also painted one with Pickling Spice, and your bedroom color (as it appears on my monitor) looks a lot closer to WS than PS in my room. In my room, Pickling Spice looks like the intensity of the Pickling Spice you painted, but the color is looking very different. It's too bright/springy in my lighting, so it's not feeling at all restful. White Sage might work. It looks great in my bedroom and with the bathroom tile and counter. It doesn't match either side of my bedding, but it definitely looks nice with the striped side. With all those blue and green stripes, the overall effect is something in between blue and green, which looks pretty with the White Sage. I'm not sure I'm loving it with the floral side. I'm trying to determine if it'll work and just be a background color. I'm going to live with it for a few days and see. The Bleached Sand looks great with both sides of the bedding and my furniture, but it looks like almost an exact match for my bathroom tile and counter. I'm not sure if I could make it ok through decorating with color, or if it would still look weird to have so little contrast with walls, tiles, counter, and floor. Once I get a new battery for my camera, I'm going to see if I can get any pictures that show how White Sage and Bleached Sand really look in my bedroom and bathroom. If I come up with anything that looks close to reality, I'll post them so you can take a look. Thanks again! Nicole
