Sorry to inform you of the important details, but........... values for torque ratings tacked onto impact wrenches (air, electric, or otherwise) are really just very approximate numbers. Unless you have an impact wrench fitted with a highly accurate and adjustable delivery clutch, the applied torque could be much more, or much less than the indicated setting on your impact wrench. Bite the bullet on this and purchase a suitable torque wrench. You don't need a high tech pro model torque wrench for what you are doing. An inexpensive old school "beam and pointer" type will work just fine. If you need justification to do this just figure what this job would have cost if you had farmed it out.

Thanks for all the info and experiences. The customer service agent I spoke to really didnt have much personal experience and wasn't as clear on the specs until she looked them up to confirm what I was telling her.. for that reason, I didn't really trust anything she said from that point on. I do hear that the flash storage is very fast for retrieving/editing images with lightroom-- and also with videos. I just wasnt sure that it had the same advantages for documents. I did see that the external hard-drive wasn't very expensive so that could be an option if she wanted to use CDs or DVDs.. but again, I am not sure how much the kids are using them these days. She'll use netflix and spotify to stream music and vids. Karen, I find the same-- the apple displays are all very nice. I do noticed the difference with the retina dsplay but the regular version is very nice also. I feel much more comfortable with the retina display/flash storage now. I think that's the way we'll go. Thanks for the recommendations for the air model as well. Niece very specifically asked for the macbook pro-- and while the air IS much lighter, the processor is not as good-- nor are the graphics as good. The 13" model is still compact and surely easy to carry about. Thanks again.. all this shopping has me drooling for a mac myself. I've entertained the idea of getting one-- but I'll have to wait as all my pcs are going strong!

Kudzu9, The link I supplied above (Charging Amazon Fire) contained basically the same information, it is the Amazon Website. It does recommend Holding Down the Power Button for 40 seconds. It also recommends some of the things I posted below that link like; Original Power Adaptor and Cord. Guess great minds think alike, like You and Amazon! My wife has owned a 8" Kindle Fire for quite a few years now. Last Christmas I purchased her and my daughter each a new 8" Amazon Fire. They have not had any problems what so ever with their tablets. My 3 tablets are all Acer (2 Android and 1 Windows)!

I disconnected the switches one at a time with the light connected to ground and battery negative. The light stayed on as I was disconnecting and reconnecting plugs until I got to the PTO switch, the light went out. So i guess it means switch is bad. I went further to test pto, put switch bundle back to switch, light came on, pulled coupling off of pto itself, light still on. Removed again fron PTO switch, light off. Gonna get new switch. Unless someone thinks i need to check further.
