"LOL" Cboy yep I am quick for sure. Ha! I followed your instructions and then I rebooted to make sure those icons would stay in place. Before I posted here I wanted to make sure that everything was working normal, after I rebooted walla those icons came back. "Smiles" Thank you so much for your help. This was a simple fix but I didn't know it at the time. I right clicked on the desktop to find that the backround had been changed, so I changed that but I had forgotten how to get the icons back. I still don't know how the backround got changed and my right clicking on the desktop was a stab in the dark, but when I did that I remembered to check the backround and that is when I discovered that what I was thinking was a white screen turned out to be an internet wallpaper backround. Myself I don't like that even being there, it gives you a false impression of something being wrong because it shows a white screen with gray lines. Thanks cboy for all of your help and I will post on the other thread a thank you to those who stepped in to help me. Sharon, while I haven't been posting directly to your photo tip threads, I've been following them avidly. I so appreciate all the effort you've gone to to explain in such an easy way so many aspects of taking good [better for some of us] pictures. The last week or so I've been very busy organizing and then hosting our family reunion at a local fancy diner and have not had a real chance to digest the latest installments. The macro stuff interests me very much. I've tried to use my macro recently and found when I did the camera refused to take the picture?? Odd. LOL.. I'll figure it out but I suspect I'll have to dig through the manual to see what the problem is. Your post makes me suspect it has something to do with the camera not being able to focus on what I'm trying to do or the distance, or something..heh.. and it won't fire as self preservation. Smiles. I'll figure it out and then be back to digest more of your post. Btw, I got a tripod for my birthday! Yay.. I relative I had staying with me for a while apparently absconded with my last tripod. Grrrr... Needless to say I'm looking forward to using the tripod to work on some of your 'lessons'. Thanks for all your great work on our behalf.

Caligal, it really sounds like you want to stay with your current home. However, I'll just point out that right now the inventory of foreclosed homes gives people unprecedented chances to obtain homes they could not hope to have before and many will not be able to afford in future (let's hope no more such "wonderful" home markets). I don't mean go looking just for a bigger home (although in your case some additional size would be nice), but rather a lifestyle improvement: A decent home in a location that is particularly desirable to you. You know, location, location, location. Things like good schools, a pretty sociable neighborhood, close to family, en route between friends and mall (they'll be dropping in), favorite amenities close by (cows in pastures or high-density shopping, your choice), good proximity and transportion to work. Whatever floats your boat. If you're not already in a place you'd really like to raise your children and even be happy growing old, this current opportunity to make your home there should not be passed up for any but the most important reasons.

How about trying this: In the Upper Left Corner of Outlook.com there is a Square with 9 Smaller Squares in it, click on it. Chose Word Online and Type your document for there! There is a Print Icon in the Tool Bar over towards the left or you could chose File on the Tool Bar to the Right and chose Print form the list! Hopefully you have this option on your computer and it's not just something I have! I have Either Office 2007 Professional or Business on this Laptop and my wife's has the other. On my Tablet I have Office 2013 Home and Student and then on my Phone I have ? but it has Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive and maybe something else. Maybe one of those Office packages has installed this Icon and given me access to these programs online, I'm not sure. If you have it, give it a try, it may be much easier for you! BTW, I know I don't have Office 365 on any of my devices!
