There are lots of options with that size vanity. I think 1500 would be on the high end, what's your budget & storage needs? You can definately put two sink bases that each have couple of drawers in them together, no one would know but you and it's a nice look. They aren't the best quality, but you can get two of them at the big box stores for less than 500.00 and if you're so inclined, go to a granite store, find an inexpensive remnant and have a nice counter made out of it, which would probably run another 300-500 depending on what you get. Personally, I wouldn't buy a vanity from an online store because I did a LOT of research and found them to be high. We needed 90 inches of vanity, and ended up ordering bathroom cabinets through the Home Depot kitchen department. Even the 2 base cabinets through American Woodmark were less than 500.00 (during a 20% off sale).

Do you like the way it works, functionally? If so, I've seen some wonderful updates done to laminate vanities where they added moldings and painted. Look in some of the recent bath update magazines (didn't keep the one I'm thinking of, but it had a blue bathroom with white sinks with queen anne style legs and pink tulips on the sink surround on the cover).

Re: writersblock response: functionally- the drawers are sticking- the color is mauve (and the floor is a mosaic dark mauve tile)-- the lay out of the bathroom is just fine- the bath fixtures (i.e bath and toilet) are Kohler in ice gray - we definitely feel that this needs to be replaced but at the cost we are looking at- it may be way down the road- we are currently in the process of remodeling the downstairs bathroom (lower cost due to the small size of the vanity- bath)
