Oh yeah, if I lived closer to the Apple store, I'd already have one.. and a MacBook air! (Though I am not a fan of the PC store.. OK, so the things that start sucking up space are Movies (HD especially), photos/videos, and certain video intensive games. Other files take up space but text files are pretty darn small. Maybe I sound like a cheapskate, but I can buy (and have) a 1 Terabyte passport for less than the price diff between the 64GB ipad air 2 and the 128GB. Given the low cost of storage, the price diff between the models is ridiculous. I am a very casual gamer. I am not recording music with Garage Band or any of the other music composition apps. Other than scrabble, I might play 1-2 games a year. I won't use the camera extensively and when I do, I won't store photos on the ipad. I think the 64GB will be fine. I actually think the 16GB will be fine but I'll go 64. :) Thanks so much everyone!!

My URL is gardenweb with which the search doesn't work as you describe. I recall not liking how it worked when I went through a houzz url as you have above. I'm okay with just skipping new posts on my phone and sticking with the gardenweb url. It may work again one day. Until then I just wait until I'm on a different device.

I understand your perspective. In my experience, no browser reliably works with all websites and which ones work with which can change. I often run into funky behavior with Chrome. While it shares a common engine under the hood with Chrome, my experience is different with Microsoft's most recent browser Edge, that replaced Internet Explorer. Firefox is often good but not always. Android browsers, even the Firefox one, can have idiosyncrasies. Safari on our iPad isn't always what works, that's why the iPad also has Firefox downloaded and ready to use. My employer's intranet, accessible from over the Internet, used to be a "Microsoft browser only" site. Now, MS Edge doesn't work at all with it, Chrome doesn't either, only Firefox does. There was no announcement, it was something I came upon by trial and error. Moral of the too long story - have a couple of browsers handy and ready to switch to because you can expect you'll need to. I'm not saying that's a certain remedy for those having trouble on this site but it is generally a common experience.

I know it's nuts but my daughter has given her 3 & 6 year old iPads. I managed to get the parental controls in place and am now looking for apps for them. I would love to have some suggestions for apps or websites that have quality apps. The youngest is a girl and the 6 year old a boy. Many thanks!! Ginny
