New Laptop- Sony Vaio FW series Windows 7

Trend Micro Antivirus plus Spyware installed with computer

Downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-malware today, and found 2 Registry Data items infected. I just chose to ignore. Do I want to REMOVE these????

I am not very computer savy. I will need step by step instructions. Hey, I trust you guys.
