Brand Selection vs. Cost Benefit is KILLING Me!!!

I recently had a house fire and am rebuilding essentially the entire house. This means I get a new kitchen! I'm actually modeling my new kitchen off of this pic.

I want the best appliances that I can get but spending a huge amount on a set of all Miele appliances wouldn't give me enough return on investment to make it worth it. I'm trying to get the best appliances I can based on what you see in the picture for around $8000 altogether.

I want a double wall oven or single oven + matching microwave or single normal oven + matching convection/speed oven.

I want the cooktop to be induction.

I want the fridge to have water accessible on the exterior and have a bottom freezer drawer.

My problem is that when I start reading reviews there aren't any brands that I can afford with this budget that do well in all areas. And with a brand like Miele I'd exhaust the budget on the fridge alone.

Help!

Please give me suggestions. I've heard that mixing brands of stainless steel appliances isn't good because the stainless looks different.

Thanks,

Carraig
