New Albums I made for us

When I first was setting up Photobucket Albums for myself, I put Tablescapes from Holidays on there.

Later on when I did our Holiday Inspiration Albums, I couldn't "move" this one to it. However the Tea Settings are in the Inspiration Album.

So I just finished making us 3 sub albums for Tablescapes, after gasuz mentioned it would be nice if all were together, and not mixed in with other holiday pictures. I did leave the various tablescapes in those albums too tho.

So far, I've got 17 in the Halloween sub album. I decided to separate Halloween since some folks rather not go thru photos with spiders on tables. LOL.

And I also put the Fall tables in a sub album, 10 photos there for now. All the other holidays are lumped together and there are 20 images at the moment in that one. And the main album is still tablescapes not related to holiday decorating.

If you click on a thumbnail, when the photo comes up, if you want to see the picture a bit larger, then run your mouse over it and there will be a box telling you size percent and above that you can click "enlarge picture". The slideshow is the same as always.

Here's the link to the Holiday tables SUB album, and you can get to the Halloween and Fall ones from the menu on the side. I sure like playing with Photobuckets new special effects, LOL.

Thanks, Karen! I have been playing there a bit too. I want to put all my Cmas tables together, etc..
I need to work on it!
How do I share a slideshow I made...I tried to post it here but couldn't doing it the usual way..Do you know?

Kathleen, I'm going to experiment here. I clicked on my Fall tablesetting album, then clicked on slideshow. I went up to my toolbar where the http was on top of my screen and copied it. I'm going to paste it here in the Optional Link and see if the slide show actually comes up. If it does, well that was easy I guess. If not, then I haven't a clue. I don't ususally watch slideshows as I rather see each picture at my "own speed", LOL. But from comments I gather lots of folks do use the slideshow link on photobucket when viewing an album.

I have noticed ALOT of members posting pictures from PhotoBucket & then when you click on the thumbnail to enlarge the picture, the picture comes up with a link on the top right to the rest of the pictures in the photo album. How is this avoided????? Dont look! If you dont want too...:) Everyone...you do realize that gives EVERYONE access to every picture in the album and the ability to copy it. I just worry especially if there a family pictures that one may want to keep private... I asked all my family members if it is okay to post their pictures...:) I am a new gardener and am very proud of my accomplishments :) If they want to steal it..I am honored...I might change my mind in a few years we will see..:) Good subject you brought up..:)

Luvs, as you know, my Too Long to Do List has taken on gigantic proportions and become the blob like in those horror movies, who swallow people and towns. LOL. I want to make so many things, tho heaven knows where I'd put here any of it. LOL. But I just can't stop myself from finding and saving neat photos and ideas. I'd probably actually get more made if I stayed the heck off here! Kathleen, I also am so NOT ready for Christmas. I LOVE Fall and want it to last. Just seems when I can't sleep and go looking for decor pix, not that much comes up for Fall, or I already have them in our album. Darn. That's sad some of your friends stopped decorating, tho I did that a couple times years ago. Right after Jason was burned and my Mom died. 2001 and 2002 were emotionally draining, and I just had no heart for it at the time. Seemed like no one came over, my DH doesn't care one way or the other, and it was a lot to work just to entertain the cats. LOL. But now my mind set is much better, and I'd do it no matter what I think, simply because it makes ME feel good and happy to see. Again, I owe a lot of that decorating mind-set to THIS Forum. Its fun to decorate now for ALL the holidays, instead of just Christmas. I keep remembering this came about ALL because of stumbling across Judith's stacked plates!!! Funny how 3 little cake plates could change one's life so much! Everyone here really has added a lot to my life, and opened up my little world. Being housebound quite often with the Fibromyalgia, it means more than you know to have all of you. I never dreamed I could have so much fun with my Invisible Friends (at least not since I was about about 5). LOL hugs, Karen

Dream, the Tablescapes got put on MY main album page instead of into the Holiday albums. And I'm way behind in adding photos from all the new postings, I'll try to do that this evening or tomorrow and catch up. There are a couple of sub albums, so the new photos will all be put into the Holiday table one. Also, if you like looking at the pictures at your own speed, have you tried the "grid" option? Click on grid, then click on the picture with which you want to start, and then move your mouse over the enlarged single photo. An arrow will appear on each side of the screen, so you can move through the slides at your own pace. You won't have the option of enlarging the photos and there is a "artsy reflection" at the bottom of each which can be distracting, but I rather like the grid option, so thought I'd pass it on to anyone who'd like to try it.

Oh, I just realized. You can do the same thing in the Slideshow mode. Just click on the Pause Button first. It's the better way to go, as you can skip to a specific photo.

WOW Karen.... it's fanta-bulous! I went to look and got sidetracked...so I came back (for a minute) to post and tell you it looks great! It's a wonderful resource for ideas and inspiration

Karen, THANKS SO MUCH for all you do in putting our little masterpieces into albums and adding other inspirational pics. I so enjoy going into the albums and relaxing with a slide show presentation of the wonderful work everyone has done. I will take a look and see if there are any others I would like you to add.
