We're using the Toto Clayton airbath w/LED lights. The Toto products are excellent. They also look quite attractive.

We are using the Lopez tub by Jetta. They are made here in Oklahoma and are highly recommended. It isn't installed yet, but we went to the Jetta showroom and took off our shoes and tried it out and loved it! They say you really need to get in a tub and see if you like the way it feels!

Is it a whirlpool or a hydroair tub? I've not seen both together in one tub.

Kohler Portrait 5.5 (K-1457 G) Bubble Massage Bath. We really wanted the new Archer Bubble Massage, but it is 6 ft. and we had to do a 5.5 ft. unit.

I put a Jacuzzi(sp) air bath in our house. We are just in the trim stage right now, but I have heard nothing but great things about it. My husband and I visited the store and we both got in it together to make sure it was accomodating. We chose the 6ft x 4ft, very spacious.

I'm having the Pearl Navarre 6' airtub w/2 chromatherapy lights. Won't be installed until closer to the end of the year when the house is nearly completed.

Oh, and I hated the look of the tub from the internet picture but did get to see it in person and that's what sold me on it, it's very pretty.

We will also have the Jacuzzi air bath in our house (its in!) It is deep and will fit my 6'3" DH. Please try to sit in one you want as they do slope differently and one may not be comfy for you.

There are several that combine jets/airbaths. I didn't want the jets for the ick factor. I know some are good about cleaning out but I know I wouldn't be!

I have a Lasco that I've been using for 8 years and very happy with the strength of the jets. I always heard that the Jacuzzi brand has the strongest jets in the industry, but I can't complain about the Lasco jets. Be sure you can tailor the jets to the areas of the tub that match your painful body parts. I don't have jets in the sides and now that I have a painful knee, wish there was one there!!

Our teardown had a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. We kept it and put it in the guest bathroom. Master bath has UltraBain airjet tub that I use a lot. DH is a shower person, so the airjet tub is "Goldilocks-just-right" size for me. Do "try one on". I wanted one where I could brace my feet and not slide under the water unless I wanted to deliberately dip under. I've appreciated the "arm rests" and saftey handles since I've had some hip and knee troubles. Also be sure you have enough, but not too much, tile around the tub so that you can get in and out easily. Position the faucets and spigot to be within reach, but not obstructing your entering and exiting the tub. I like having the sprayer attachment at the tub to rinse it out.

I enjoy the airjet tub regularly, but if I am hurting, the Jacuzzi waterjet tub makes a real difference.

Costco is offering a combo air/whirlpool by Max [very respected co.] for under $2000 right now. Sadly, too long for my space.

we are putting in the Sanijet corner model. got it installed last week, now to finish the house so I can try it out!

Are you sure you really want one? After talking to friends who had one but never used it, we passed on the idea and haven't missed it. We installed a corner tub which added to the design but we use it far less than we did when we moved in.

We got an Izzi whirlpool tub (www.izzibath.com), made locally here in Florida. They have a display showing a Jacuzzi brand tub and their own tub; the Jacuzzi one looks so flimsy in comparison!

we just installed the Sanijet and as soon as they get the second hot water heater hooked up I am going to try it out, even if the rest of the house is not quite finished!

I have been looking at the Hydro Systems Rincon 59 x 59 x 21 Corner Whirlpool Tub. It is a combination whirlpool/thermal air system with LED Chromatherapy Lighting, an in-line heater and a sani-system

I have talked with a local plumber and he mentioned to me that if I decide to purchase a tub with thermal air system that I will need to be sure that I get an in-line heater. He told me the thermal air system tends to lose heat very rapidly and I would have to refill the tub often. An in-line heater keeps the water in the tub warm while you use it. No need to refill the tub. There are lots of other styles and sizes/options that you can order with the Hydrosystem tubs. I have yet to see one in person, however. I hope to do so when we get back down to NC.
