Range OR cooktop & oven / resale / WWYD?

We are building a summer/weekend home that I was thinking would be a "forever." But now another employer is pursuing DH, and even if he does not take this job (8 hours away, not a weekend place!), it's possible that we would move a similar distance in future (we're 20 years from retirement). So I should think of resale value, sigh.

I was planning this configuration:

GE 30" induction cooktop, about $1600

Some convection oven above the cooktop, (Advantium?), about $800 (they have exhaust fans)

We don't really use the oven ... maybe once a month averaged over the year, even in our weekday place, so not having a "real" oven would be fine for us. And if one breaks, we don't necessarily replace both. And I have more storage space under the cooktop.

But for resale, perhaps I should do a range? (I don't think I can fit a wall oven anywhere! the place is tiny) I still want induction -- so that means, essentially:

Kenmore Induction range $2,700 to $3,000

Hood over the range about $300

Small savings on cabinetry ? about ?$300-400

We have a small countertop microwave, so we would not be without MW (we use practically every day).

So I guess my question is -- do you think the first configuration would hurt resale opportunities much?
