I am using firefox as my browser, if I click on file at the top then on print preview it opens the page in the print preview pane, at the very top it has a scale option, usually it says shrink to fit but if you click the drop down arrow it gives you options for increasing the size. I even went to IE(which I never use) and also there when you select file at the top then print preview you have a scale option with a drop down arrow default says shrink to fit, but under the options you can select larger option. there should also be an option up there in the little icons if you hover your mouse over it will say show full width you can try that too.

rather than do that I would do a real quick simple system restore because those may not be the only settings that got changed, doing one to a time just before all that happened should put your pc exactly back to how you had it set up. Do you use reading glasses as sold at drug stores? Not intended as a snippy comment, if you don't maybe you should. And you may need a higher power of magnification for PC use than you'd use for general reading. Many do use them for PC screens - images and fonts can be hard to read, that's a common problem for seasoned citizens. As for me, my near-sighted self wears glasses with progressive lenses for close vision but with some laptops, I need to take my glasses off because the distance can be too far for the reading part of the glasses and too close for the distance part. Often I need to move the screen back and forth until the images are clear. Maybe some of these tips can help you.
