convection cooking - how often do you use it?

I've had my KA convection oven/convection micro combo for a couple of weeks now. So far I haven't even used the big lower oven. I've baked a various bread loaves such as banana, lemon-blueberry & cranberry using the convection feature in the upper oven, and they seem to come out fine; never burnt, crisp on the outside, moist on the inside.

I've used it to heat nachos & cheese and I must say this has raised the bar; they become crisp air-puffed morsels that are totally hard to stop eating even when you are way past being full!

My questions to those of you who use convection is how often do you use it and are there things that you find do better using convection or those that turn out better using the standard oven?
