Everyone had their favorite. Mine was Pledge in the yellow can. Others favor Sheila Shine.

I use a damp microfiber cloth.

I use a Dobie pad with a little bit of dish soap (I like Seventh Generation Unscented Dish Liquid), wiping with the grain, then wipe with damp microfiber cloth, and if I feel the need to, I'll wipe with a dry microfiber cloth. I don't like "stainless steel cleaners" because most tend to be heavily scented, and also, why spend money on an additional cleaner (and use up undersink storage space) when the Dobie pad and dish soap work as well if not better.

Edit: The above is for appliances and hood. For my stainless steel sink, I use Bar Keepers Friend in the sink. I also use Bar Keepers Friend on my stainless steel pots and pans.

Stainless steel wipes followed by dry microfiber cloth.

All "stainless steel" appliances are not the same, so I would suggest checking with the manufacturer to see what they recommend for their products. I use Whirlpool brand polish on my my KA fridge and DW. It's non-abrasive and works well.

Pledge. Stay away from the oil based ''cleaners''. They attract dirt and look smeary after you touch them.

A damp microfiber cloth followed by a dry one. I tried every stainless cleaner, they all were oily, streaking and our stainless looked horrible. With the microfiber clothes they always look great and I rarely need to clean them.

Alcohol and water spray (w/ lavender essential oil) and a microfiber cloth. I use BKF or Cameo to scrub our SS sink.

Since I found Sheila Shine, it's all I ever use. It's the best! Use it with a microfiber cloth and it's the easiest thing I have ever used and works great. It's hard to find in stores. I found it on Amazon and Lowe's sometimes has it online.
