Oh WOW, Candy...that is breathtaking! What Mom wouldn't love to sit at this table! I love every single piece. Can't believe you found those plates and silver tea service at Ross. The tablecloth is such a perfect color (and one of my favorite shades of green). You're adding another picture to our Inspiration albums! (which I better get off my rear and add all the photos in my file as I'm a bit behind doing so. I'll make that a weekend "project". Beats cleaning out the garage. LOL.)

I am also glad you "recruited" me.
You might recognize many of the other parts of the tablescape from my previous Heart-Shaped Birdcage table.

My flatware is stainless that I bought years ago by collecting the box top proofs of purchase that were on name brand grocery items. My entire family got recruited to help collect those POP's as I eventually was able to get a service for 16. I usually have the main holiday dinners, so needed lots of place settings.

By the way, what are the addresses for the garden junk forum and the Inspiration Albums? I have only found them when you post a link that might be useful. Since my DH thinks I already waste too much time on the forums, I might as well find some more places to visit!! LOL.

You've set such a lovely table. I am wondering if you can post a close-up of the little cubes that hold the pink flowers at each table setting. Can you give us some information on those? They are very pretty.

Candy...pure "elegance!" Roses, linens, silver & even white wicker chairs! Your table is very, very LOVELY & any Mother (or anyone!) would be honored to dine there.

All of your linens work so wonderful together...the soft green cloth, the center white linen, pink napkins & your DGM's crocheted doilies.

The repetition of "roses" in place settings, teapot, & centerpc adds all the charm to this t'scape. Love it all! TFS! Jeanne S.

Ooooh! My kind of tablescape for sure! Love anything roses, and they look so good with all your silver pieces. I like how you set the teapots on pedestals with the doily--very feminine and pretty.

I sort of stopped going in my local Ross cause it was a mess and I didn't find anything the last three times I went--now you've made me think I'd better go take a peek again! ;o)

I love how you integrated the various teacups into the setting. Isn't it wonderful to collect things like that and find they work so perfectly?

The rose plates are very pretty. You sound like my kind of gal--no coordinated sets and items come from everywhere. You have a super talent for putting them together!

That is just a totally perfect and pretty tablescape, Candy! I love every single piece and you've put them all together so nicely. I use various things as risers also but have never used a doily but will definitely be trying that. Thanks for the eye candy and inspiration.

It's just beautiful. It doesn't get much prettier than roses to me. Your new tablecloth was a great deal, and I like how you layered the smaller white one on top. The silver teapot is lovely and how smart of you to be able to fix the other one. Also, the tablescape looks really great with your wicker.

I forgot to say the silverware is SS that I got by saving box top coupons from name brand grocery store items many years ago. I got my whole family involved and eventually collected a service for 16.
The crystal came from TJM probably 20 years ago.

OA, the little floral cubes are just paper-like rosebuds glued to the top of a piece of styrofoam and then the leaves are layered around the sides. They were a TS find a couple of years ago.

I can't take credit for the doilies on the lifts, I saw it somewhere, just don't remember where.

Bonnie, we had to postpone the tea party as 1 DD had to work, so will have it at a later time.

Right now the sunroom is holding all the flowers I bought to plant and had to hold off because we had at least 3" of snow last night with more expected tonight. I love CO most of the time, but spring is very fickle around here.
Really getting anxious for some warm weather to come to stay!!
