WOLF 36' Rangetop with Griddle open vs. sealed

I am wondering if any Wolf owners have any advice for me. I know I want a Wolf 36" with griddle but am upset that there are features on both open and sealed burners that I value.

SEALED BURNERS

the only thing I LOVE- can anyone tell me if this tray catches everything when they cook greasy foods? do you stil have to clean underneath the drip tray for additional spills?

- is this reason enough to purchase this one?

OPEN BURNERS

-I like the inner and outer flame

-I LOVE that I can remove the grates and take out the pan to wash- I am a take your stove to the sink type of person

- don't know how hard it would be to clean the griddle with the drip pan underneath everything

I want to cook bacon and hamburgers sometimes- is this too much grease for that little drip tray on the very bottom of the crumb tray? Does anyone have any advice as to how easy it is to clean this drip tray and if it catches everything?
