Corner spa tub - decoration?

I have a garden or spa tub in my master bath, it has a place in the back corner to put something decorative. I now have a long artificial plant basket sitting back there, which looks fine but the plants get bath power on them so its not working out for me. What else can I put there to make it look nice and not so bare? I have a beach theme going on. Thanks

Maybe a taller piece of driftwood, with a bunch of large shells at the base of it, or three worn posts tied with rope like an old pier?, Do they still have "air plants" they looked tropical, something like aloe vera and or a cactus? they required almost no TLC, even watering, they used to be great in bathrooms. If so a few of those tucked in and about the arrangement would look nice.

You might post this in the Home Decorating forum. They're great at accessorizing. Post a pic and they'll photoshop it for you with ideas.

I have finished major part of the project, still need to fix small things like paint work on the wooden boarder, arbor over waterfall, rails, aquatic plants and fish. here are some pics; Mia, thanks again for the pump and filters, it is working great, lift lot of water. I know I probably went overboard, but I have been searching Houzz for shower/tub combos for myself if I decide to go in that direction. Most of these pictures have Master Bath titles - they tend to be small houses or apartments in large cities where space is an issue. They all have a generous sized tub. A few have extra shower bling and even a separate tub filler. All of them have material choices and the level of tile work that you see in a master bathroom. I'm sure that if I searched Houzz I could find just as many, or even more, remodels of small master baths where they have just built a walk in shower. I think the decision to do a shower/tub may be a personal choice because they want a soaking tub - since they are titled Master I'm assuming the bath is not the only bath in the house and they could easily just go with a shower. Honestly I would call a local pool builder. You are basically wanting a indoor spa. 12 on 12 #3 rebar, with 4 bars at the top and a little thicker 12", and 6 to 8" of concrete/shotcrete in the walls. You can insulate under it, but remember that is a lot of weight, and insulation could crush over time causing it to move. Not really necessary. Running heat strips in the pour sounds like a reasonable idea. Unless water table is high or something don't see sealing exterior. Seal interior well and probably tile it, just like you would do any wet location. Again, call a PB, they could hook you up.
