Can't help you much, but "Victoria" is Queen Victoria who ascended the throne after the death of William IV in 1837. Looks to be pictured in the artist's rendition of her coronation robes with scepter and orb in hands - coronation June 28, 1838. That just gives you some dates to start with.

Most likely a mid 19th century clock.
I think there's a lot of allegory there....but too lazy to look up the symbolism...notice that Plenty is pointing at a ship and has a bee skep there as well.
Could the F in the diamond and the numbers possibly refer to the Brisish Registry mark? Again too lazy to look up the date letters on that to see if it would be possible.
Peace seems to be holding an olive branch....but what is she pointing at?
What's on the table next to victoria? What are those pictures in the corners of the clock face?
It appears to be hand made ...hand hewn judging by the close up of the edge of the wood.

It is always a bit difficult to identify clock companies especially if they are long gone. Falkirk, that is the church made of stone, is a small town in Scotland not far from the ancestral home of my mother's family. At one time there were various well know clock makers and your clock is the barrel chest style common in the tall clocks made in the area. Falkirk was actually a mining area with heavy industry.

A great aunt would be the sibling of one of your grandparents. Depending on her age and the condition of the clock, I would suggest early 20th century and perhaps made for the American market especially Anglaphiles.

This is an educated guess on my part. Does her estate contain other expensive pieces and furniture?

I see nothing to suggest _against_ the idea that is was commissioned to celebrate her coronation, and many things to indicate in favor of it.
When objects are created that depict the sovereign, they without exception depict Her Highness as She appeared at that moment. It would be outre and uncouth to make something at the time of her death that depicted her as a young woman. (The exception, of course would be a retrospective depicting her throughout the entirety of her reign, and this is not _that_).

Open the door of the clock and carefully examine the inside for a label or marking. Paper labels usually were put on the inside surface of the back and positioned to be hidden when the door was closed. If you find no clues here, look on the outside back of the case for clues.

You have a very nice clock case. It is complete with the finial (top decoration). Often, the finial hid the top pulleys for the weight cords. However, I note that there are internal pulleys for the weights in an inverted arrangement, thus there may not be external pulleys at the top. Details such as these are needed to identify and date your piece.

The pendulum appears as a simple pendulum without temperature compensating pieces placing this in a class of ordinary clocks or possibly before clock makers learned how to make temperature compensating pendulums. A temperature compensated pendulum was an extra cost item.

Early clock faces with roman numerals positioned the numerals around the face with all pointing toward the center, thus the numerals at the bottom of the dial were upside down, as on your clock. At some point in history (I don't recall the date) roman numerals were rearranged such that the ones on the bottom of the dial were rightside up. However, this is not a given for dating because a modern maker could have made a dial in the older fashion manner to simulate an antique.

Not all clock makers made their own dials, but specified and purchased these from a maker specialising in dials and decorative itmes. A clock may have been built with mix and match subassemblies, i.e., movements, penudlum, dials, weights, pulleys, and door decorations, each of these manufactured by different makers. The finished product was defined by the case, arrangement of the assemblies, and quality of workmanship.

Most tall clocks made after 1825 used metal movements and gears. Earlier clocks may have had wood gears. All metal movements were consider superior.

Some speculation on the symbolism of Peace and Plenty.

Plenty: The cornucopia is obvious. I believe that the bee hive may harken to old Testament references to Israel as the "land of milk and honey"--a way of describing a land of over-flowing bounty. The fact that Plenty is pointing to the ship may refer to the growing British Empire and the fact that commodities in abundance were beginning to flow into Britain from the out-lying regions of the Empire at this time, making it a new land of milk and honey.

Peace: Again, the olive branch is obvious. She appears to be pointing to an idyllic scene of the English countryside, complete with sheep. Again, it may also have a Biblical symbolism as well--the 23rd Psalm.

The reign of Victoria was characterized by Peace and Plenty--so this clock is a bit prophetic! Both the costly American and Napoleonic wars were now over and Britain looked optimistically forward to a time of peace and prosperity under the reign of their pretty young queen. Biblical symbolism would be very appropriate on a clock honoring Victoria, who had a deep and abiding Christian faith.

I would be interested in seeing close-ups of the images surrounding the face to see what they represent.
