Is this too modern/contemporary? (ie. will become very dated?)

Hi all -

I would love some opinions on a vanity that I really like, but my practical side tells me that I may regret it in a few years because it may become out of 'style'...

I would use generous amounts of a natural stone tile throughout the bathroom and shower with glass tile accents (to match the glass counter).

What I love:

Clean lines

Wall-mounted/no legs

Dark wood with crisp white sinks (love the contrast)

Wide sinks (20")

Wall-mounted faucets (included in set)

Price ($1000 for vanity, counter, sinks and faucets)

What I worry about:

Will this be reallllllly dated before its natural lifespan is over? All the other bathroom materials will be very *classic* (which will tone down the contemporary-ness of the vanity). I could see this used in a super modern-style bathroom, but that's really not my taste. I like to mix classic finishes with clean lines.

Thanks for any thoughts - good or bad! :)

Laura

PS. We are a tall family, and this is wall-mounted, so the vessel sink height shouldn't be an issue - I look forward to not hunching to wash my face!)
