Caulking question - floor tile

New to forum and have seen many great answers to questions here. Looking for some assistance regarding caulk application in areas that the wall/floor seams are not equal.

Am near to completion with first ever bathroom partial remodel. 13" Porcelain tile is grouted and curing.

Unfortunately, my measurements were off 1/8" or so when cutting some tiles. The seams where the floor tile meets the wall tile vary from ~1/8" to 3/8". The wall behind the door is 1/8, two walls are 1/4 and another wall is 1/4 to 3/8.

What is the best way for me to approach the caulk job? I am considering cutting a 1/8 tip and do the small areas and then enlarging the tip for the 1/4 - 3/8 areas. Am I correct that I can't run a 1/4 bead in the 1/8 area because the caulk won't stick to the tile?

TIA for any assistance.

Terri
