How should air be supplied to bathroom exhaust fan?

I recently replaced the siding on my 1921 bungalow. I installed Tyvek and sealed it around all windows and doors.

The problem I now have is that my bathroom exhaust fan is not as efficient. It is a Nutone In-Line 120CFM fan for a small bathroom. It now appears that it does not expel as much volume as it once did. The bathroom steams up much easier and when I put my hand up by the outlet grill, the airflow does not seem to be as noticable. I suspect that since the house is much tighter than it previously was, the fan is getting more resistance and not moving as much air.

Has anyone had experience with this and if this might be the problem, what can I do to solve it?
