Thanks! Does a "daddy's" heart good hearing that! It can often be a crap shoot. You research varieties of interest, which, hopefully, have good genes and health. You cross those which seem potentially good mates and raise seed from those which seem to hold a lot of promise. Then, you select the ones which have that certain "something" which speaks to you. But, you never know really what to expect until you hear back from people they speak to and perform for. It's quite a thrill seeing roses bred and selected in the desert have good health in other, very different climates. Kim

gowelch, I wasn't sure this was you until I rechecked on your original post and saw that you wanted me to get back to you. Our vanity hasn't arrived yet and when it does it's going to the builder's warehouse since we're not ready for installation yet so it may be a while before I can give you a first hand review. It seems there is a division of opinion in responses to your original post as to the quality of Restoration Hardware vanities. If you were planning on putting this in a heavy use bathroom for children I would hesitate. The drawers and doors don't have the blumotion glides or hinges so I guess children would have the tendency to bang them around. Or if you store heavy things in your bathroom drawers maybe that would be a problem but my hairdryer is the heaviest item in my bathroom and the Hutton drawers seem perfectly capable of holding something that big and heavy. Other than this type of consideration I wouldn't worry. Just like beauty, quality is in the eye of the beholder and I know it's hard to make a decision without seeing and touching something firsthand. Wish I could help more. I

I was gonna print this formula at work today, but forgot! (obviously it's not much of a formula!) RL has changed much for the better from 6 yrs. ago when SW manufactured it! It's been made by ICI since then. Weird coincidence here... Just today, a painter in town wanted us to match some ACE colors into RL!! About 12 gallons worth...he loves using RL for his jobs. Either way, buy newer paint...whether or not it's RL. It'll perform better. Faron

When my daughter Vicki turned 11, she wanted a sleepover birthday party and insisted her best friend Tom be allowed to come. She really was friends with this kid, his mother was a Sunday school teacher, and it wasn't a "romance" at all so I let him stay. They stayed up all night, Tom and Vicki and about six other girls. They partied all night in our downstairs family room, had pizza and cake, and the party spilled out into the back yard patio and the pool. Around 4 am, it got quiet. I walked downstairs and found Tom asleep on a recliner chair. Let him sleep till I made everybody breakfast the next day. Just had to share. Lauren sounds like a great kid, so glad to hear she works with pets. My Vicki is 19, in college, and is "thimking" about becoming a veterinarian.
