Unless you did a one time close deal, and it doesn't sound like you did, I think you will probably have to be *requalified* for the perm loan. This would likely require a new credit check, and new income verification. As long as you will still comfortably qualify either way, I don't think you are pulling anything over on them. All you can go with is what you are actually making. It's the only thing you, or the bank, can document. And that word *document* is what's important to them. They can't document possible pay cuts, unemployment, bad health or death. OTOH, if you think that qualifying would be dicey, should that pay cut come to pass, it might be best to ask the bank to run some numbers based on what you think that salary might be, just to be sure you will still qualify. Different lenders have different ratio requirements, so you might want to find out if you would still qualify for the same rate, terms etc, under the reduced income. If you have a good relationship with your bank, you might explain it to them, although at this point there's nothing they could do with that info even if you shared it with them. If it was a matter of you maybe not being able to qualify after the paycut, I'd suggest delaying until the uncertainty is over. That's painful. But it beats the alternative of owing on a construction loan, on a house you can't qualify for. Just my 2c.

Thank God I've never had a bad haircut.. They say a good haircut is when YOU notice the cut but noone else does. I think that's true. I've had many cuts that I've loved yet others have just noticed a 'trim'. Years ago, I used to go to a hair salon that was run by a guy that played in a popular band in the Miami area. He also was a stylist and was very good. I arrive one morning for my haircut and he sits me in the chair and whispers in my ear that I should leave. I looked at him in the mirror and he winks my way and tells me he'd had a 'gig' the night before, had drunk too much and done drugs and was still not totally with it. Told me that he was afraid to hurt me! I felt horrible but grateful that he was honest enough with me. Did I ever go back?? Heck yeah! Great hairdressers are hard to find. I just learned to check him out real good first before I sat in that chair!

I breed and show LaPerms. They are still a very rare breed, but not expeisive as many of the other rare breeds. They are very healthy as they have not been over bred. I would be happy to answer any questions about the breed. Or you can visit my web site. I have freinds who are allergic to cats and they tollerate my cats quite well. Hairdresser here... For those of you who only want a body wave...the color of the rod determines the tightness/looseness of the curl depending on the length of your hair. *Blue rods are the smallest and rarely used. Unless the hair in less than and inch long and even then...scary and to be used only by the most experienced stylist :) *Pink rods are 2nd smallest. I would only use those at the nape if the hair was too short to get around a grey rod. And then I'd drop the rod out prior to rinsing and neutralizing. *Grey rod is #3 in size and should only be used on hair no longer than 2" if looking for "body". (Usually at the nape and sides of short hair. (can be dropped prior to rinsing and neutralizing for softness). *White rods are #4 in line and used commonly on the top and sides of hair 3-4 inches long. Used in conjunction with other sized rods. **Purple and Orange rods are the usual for body waves in hair 4-5+ inches long. A good stylist will use all different colors interspersed according to length and end result requested. Many times I have had clients think that by using a smaller rod the curl would "last longer". Oh, yeah, it will all right...think old woman fuzz head :) Never was an attractive look right? There are other factors that can make an outstanding permanent wave and continued education made a HUGE difference in my career when waves were at the height of chic. Educate yourself in communication with your stylist and you should have a great experience. Don't feel shy, if you don't tell us (pictures are great)what makes you happy you most likely won't be.
