Need Appliance help, esp Cooktop and Fridge

I have been lurking and researching here for a while. This place has been a great resource!! We are closing in on starting a full kitchen renovation. I'd like some help/feedback on appliances. I know there are tons of threads like this but I hope you can tolerate another newbie.

Here's what I'm pretty sure of at this point (sorry for all caps, this is a copy/paste from the local appliance place). I am going to research prices and see who can price match locally, otherwise I might do AJMadison online:

G5175SCVI MIELE DISHWASHER CRYSTAL $1399.00 (Have a Bosch 800 at the moment - don't love it)
EW30EW55GS ELECTROLUX WAVE TOUCH 30"OVEN $1999.00
ZSC1202NSS GE MONOGRAM ADVANTIUM 30" 110 VOLT WITH PRO HANDLE $2599.00 (pro handle makes eluxoven/advantium very similar to put together)

Here's where I start to struggle. I was set for gas, then saw induction in action. What is considered "best" at the moment in induction and gas? Although Wolf is on the list, I don't feel I "need" Wolf - I'd like decent quality and dependable without the giant price tag. So probably one step down from Wolf, if that makes sense. Or maybe just the Wolf. ;)

~INDUCTION COOKTOPS (Would need new cookware)
CT36I/S 36" WOLF INDUCTION COOKTOP $3599.00
PHP960SMSS 36"G.E. PROFILE INDUCTION COOKTOP $1899.00
EW36IC60LS 36" ELECTROLUX INDUCTION COOKTOP $1899.00
~GAS COOKTOPS (We really do not need a professional/huge BTU one, so not into CC or Bluestar.)
CT36G/S 36 WOLF GAS COOKTOP $1969.00
EW36GC55GS 36" ELECTROLUX GAS COOKTOP $1399.00 (We currently have an Elux 4 burner cooktop, it's fine, don't love or hate it, gets the job done.)

My other struggle: Refrigerators. There is part of me that wants a SZ because it's SZ. But the real part of me won't go along with that so easily. Plus, the size of the SZ and Liebherr is so small - we'd be going from a 27cu ft fridge to 21. That's a big loss, although we have a 2nd fridge. If we get SZ/LBR, it would be to have them paneled. But I love the idea of the Samsung for the price/size/flex drawer.

~REFRIGERATORS
BI36UFD/O SUBZERO FRENCH DOOR REFRIG TO ACCEPT WOOD $8159.00 (WILL NEED ADDITIONAL HARDWARE)
OPTIONAL SUBZERO HANDLES 44"TUBULAR #7007251 $159.00 EACH

LIEBHERR 36" FRENCH DOOR TRUE BUILT IN TO ACCEPT WOOD HC2062 $5999.00 (WILL NEED ADDITIONAL HARDWARE)
IF YOU WANT A TRUE BUILT IN IN STAINLESS,SAME UNIT ADD
S.S. DOOR PANELS $419.00 FOR SET
S.S. DRAWER PANELS $209.00

SAMSUNG FRENCH DOOR WITH ADDITIONAL DRAWER RF4287HARS REG $3199.00 ON SALE TILL 01/28/13 $2999.00

The other two outstanding issues are hood and beverage fridge - we are still debating that one. I need to research both some more before getting to a final-ish list.

TIA for your feedback!!
