What is this Easter thing?

It's like 8 1" blocks, sort of hooked together with the paper that a design is printed on. It will fold into a square, and unfold several different ways, so that a different design shows depending how you unfold and fold it back. I'll try to post a photo. It says "With Best Wishes for a Happy Easter" on one side. Another says, "Easter Greetings".

It's a "puzzle"....many different ones were made with lots of different scenes.....some just had solid colors on the sides of the blocks so they could make many different patterns.
Wish I could give you a time frame....but I suspect they were made from the early 20th century on.

Thanks. It came from the estate of a brother/sister in their 80's. It doesn't have enough wear for me to have a clue about it's age. There are no markings, either.

I'm liking the idea of the horsetail reed grass in the third to last picture you provided or the grass in the last photo. 'Cascading hair' would look interesting too, so I'm toying with the idea of a double effect: adding another planter behind the fabric planter and filling with a trailer or two, such as sweet potato vines.

Wow, what a beauty you have near your house, and it's all for Easter. The Lord wanted to please you with beautiful flowers for this wonderful holiday. I usually go to church with my friends in the morning to pray first and then start celebrating this magnificent holiday. And while I'm going to church, I feel this festive atmosphere all over the city, and it inspires me a lot and also lifts my spirits. For some reason, even nature looks different on this day.
