Northeast Indiana snake id please?

This is a very poor photo, i used my phone... and the snake was in a foam cup.

He's only about 6" long, and was found in my factory... some co-workers caught him... We receive shipments from Mexico, and Oklahoma frequently, they're concerned it may be poisonous, more specifically a rattlesnake... lol.

Description:

They said he slitters/moves sideways... the tip of it's tail is black, but looks odd, like crusty almost... they think that since he's a baby his rattle hasn't grown yet...

He is very aggressive/defensive... coils up, and strikes at anything that comes near the lid of the cup... can see his little fangs when he does this...
