This bird is a first-year (immature) White-crowned Sparrow (WCSP). White-crowned Sparrows retain their juvenile plumage throughout their first winter and into next spring when they molt into adult breeding plumage. Thus, in winter, you often seen immatures with brown head streaks (note the two dark brown streaks on the head correspond to the two black streaks of a mature bird) mixed with adult birds. Also, this birds beak is much to yellow-orange for a Field Sparrow, whose beak would be pinker. See link below of a great pic of an immature WCSP that was misidentified as a Field Sparrow. Thank you. I wasn't sure on the first one if it was poa or seeding fescue since it's only showing up in the fertilized areas from the dogs which that grass is growing so much faster than the rest. I tried looking at pictures but just couldn't pinpoint it to be poa or not. I'm planning on overseeding this fall so I'm not sure what to do about it and I have 25,000 sf so it seems like tenacity would be extremely expensive. Does that certain weed b gone also cover the other broadleaf weeds that the regular product controls or do I need to spray both?

Looks like Haworthia cooperi. Most of the leaves don't look so happy to me. All of the pictures I've seen have very green leaves, like your new growth. But I don't have one, so what do I know? Hopefully Kevin (ewwmayo) will drop in. He grows lots of Haworthias and will surely know if they are healthy or not.
