OOH⦠Melissa, I like this map!, thank you. I stand corrected. The technology is there; but I can see where confusion is created. When I plug in my zip code using the non-interactive map, I am listed as being in zone 8b, which some suppliers seem to recognize as zone 8 . This could be what suppliers are doing; in fact I know that is what J&P does, they just plug a zip code into the USDA map and voila. When I utilize the interactive map, I can click on my cross streets and actually all of the surrounding areas near my neighborhood for miles which are zone 9 too. It is likely that the mountainous areas miles away have the same zip code and thus impact the USDA zone? Dianne, for the past 14 years, I have only known this area to be zone 9, and argued with J&P about 12 years ago regarding the same topic. I agree, and It can be frustrating. I will continue to insist upon the correct shipment dates or decline order placement. Maybe someday soon, inconsistencies or whatever the issue is will be rectified. Hi Lynda, we didn't do a whole lot! It was a very lazy time off but much needed! The girls got to hang out with friends and they enjoyed that! I couldn't believe the weather yesterday! It felt almost like a mini hurricane! I am now planning a trip for the last weekend in April! I really want to go to the beach so I'll head somewhere down towards the shore or down to Cape Henlopen! Then I have two trips planned for May, including a mini trip to Maine, and then in June it's time to go for the whole summer again! At least with this yucky weather studying isn't so bad! It's not like you will be thinking of how you could be outside! Believe it or not, I'm thinking it's time for a hair cut again! Pretty funny for me since it had been about 27 years since the last time it was this short!

Goldgirl, I generally only buy lobster and mushroom soup base because I can find all the other soup bases in stores. I can usually find lobster soup base, and I used to be able to find mushroom soup base, but not recently. Anyway, it works out to be cheaper to order it on line. I try to buy the ones without MSG, although a little MSG does not bother me. The vegetable Mire Poix base is good, but I didn't especially like the chili base - it was not much different from what I got at the Korean market. The crab base is good too, but I buy that locally at Surfas. The seafood soup bases really help boost the flavor of seafood soups that I make, and I make them fairly frequently. I haven't used them in sauces, however. Lars
