Question about mockingbird nest.

I noticed mockingbirds building a nest in my holly bush way back in April. Heard the babies chirping, and assumed they would be gone soon. We are still seeing mockingbirds flying in and out of the same bush. We have some landscape lighting that has gone out by the bush and we want to repair the lights, but were waiting for the birds to leave. I have read that MB can have 3 broods a season. My questions are, do the same birds lay in the same nest all season, and or will other MB use the nest of other mockingbirds, or has another nest been built by other MB in the same bush? I love MB, but they are beginning to ware out their welcome. They have been here now for 2 months!
