Also, do hatchlings sometimes skip the egg casing meal and jump straight into munching on leaves instead? I have two cats whose egg casings are still untouched, but they appear to be eating leaves and have little bits of frass underneath the leaves they are on, so I was just wondering if they can survive without eating the egg casing as long as they are eating leaves. thanks

1. I would flip the playroom and the media so that the media includes the bar. I know you want the playroom to have access to the walkout, but it just seems odd that the bar would be essentially in the playroom area. 2. I would make the study wall flush with the bathroom wall for a more uniform and symmetrical hallway. 3. I would put the larger mechanical room door all the way to the left so that it opens on the wall inside rather into the middle of the room. I would also just add the space and make that wall flush with the door frame of the gym room wall as well. All those little corners and jogs are just wasted space. I'm going to assume that the closet is in fact under the stairs and not actually it's own separate entity? Personally I would actually just joint the larger mechanical room and storage to create more space. Do you really need a wall in between the 2? The gym size would really depend on the size of the equipment that you want to put in there. Please excuse my extremely crappy architect skills haha! If you want more room in the gym than study, I would do this. And get rid of the door in the bar. It's wasting space. You could put a fridge there!

It is definitely spring here. I was hoping to see the migrators arriving before my overwinter release, but they'd better hurry if that is going to happpen. I expect to start releasing somewhere in the Sunday to Tuesday range. The storms that came through yesterday cooled things down a bit, so that could slow them down a little. As long as they do well, I'll wait another day or two.

Average temperatures in Aug. is 87; however we often get 90 degree weather. However, right now we are getting weather right around 80 with low humidity!!!!!!!! Love it! The VTs hold up very well in the heat and humidity in spite of the fact that they are bred in VT. I suspect it has to do with the fact that they are close to the species daylily. Brad
