crap!!!!

HOSP babies all over the place. I knew two Males got away earlier this spring because my crappy BB gun does not shoot straight. They were not in an area safe to shoot the 22. I never got a female in the box trap. They have not been around at all so I may have barley "winged" them and Papa Blue was pretty good at running them off to. I have 13 day old TRES and 5 Blues due to hatch this weekend. Both boxes have spookers and the Blues box has a hefty Wren guard. I have only seen mom HOSP with the babies but I hear the male out there starting to sing. I have 2 empty boxes but have not seen the male perch on either. The HOSP babies look like they are about ready to be on their own. Does anybody know if the HOSPs will nest again this year Im pretty sure this is their 2nd brood, they may have lost their first nesting to the freeze since I never saw them or babies till now? I don't want to take out the babies and piss them off or cause them to re nest if they are done for the season. So up go the box traps and I will pull out the ground trap. Please pray thay my spookers work!
