Tanager ID please

Wel it's been an awesome morning of bird watching. The very first thing I saw when I walked into the kitchen was a rose-breasted grossbeak, an oriole, a few white-crowned sparrows and two indigo buntings at or around the feeder. Anyway, a while later my oldest son spotted a tanager. I assumed it was a scarlet, but I'm not seeing the black wings. The feild guide suggests the summer tanager will not venture into WI. Please forgive the cropped picture. It was the best I could do from the kitchen.

So, what's the correct ID?
