The Damage is Back, Help

Hey again to everyone! It's been a long time since I've been on this forum. You may remember my posts from last year about HOWR and HOSP damage to my BB nests, and it's back. I am still new to Bluebirding and I need some suggestions of what to do to my houses to prevent the attacks. I will need another design for a wren guard, as I lost the link that one of the birders on here emailed me.

I am wondering if I should rearrange my houses. I currently have 3 bluebird houses in my backyard, all around 100-150 feet apart, I was wondering if their proximity could be causing some territory problems between HOSPs, HOWRs, and BBs.

So far two eggs have been destroyed. Are HOSP spookers and wren guards to be put up after the first egg appears in the box? Should I remove the other two houses that contain no birds? Please give me some suggestions and send me a link to a working wren guard design. I appreciate everyone's help.
