Bird identification - Wisconsin

Looks similar to a sparrow in size, but with soft muted red on the head and neck region, and when it spreads its wings, there's a red spot I've seen on the back at the base of it's tail. The rest is similar to a female sparrow markings on the body. Hanging out at my suet feeder. I've just seen it for the first time in the past week.

I will try my luck at getting a picture.
