Our old windows were from Scherer Brothers. Road noise is constant and we could not hear it before. When the manufacturer suggested triple pane, I DID call and talk to the customer service person to tell them that from what I had read (mostly on this site), that the triple pane might not do as well as a double pane with lamination. She replied that the person who had come out to our house was an expert on what was needed. You can understand why I am at my wit's end.

It's hard to tell. It could be that the grout wasn't worked in all the way. It could be that the thinset used to adhere the tile pushed out/up, wasn't cleaned out before grouting & is being magnified by the clarity & thickness of the glass. It is very important to ensure that thinset remains underneath the glass tile & not allowed into the joint. Because the glass is clear with a paper backing, you can see into the joint which means you could see the colour of the thinset. Normal tile, this doesn't matter.

I am not familiar with rose experts/ rosarians doing house calls, especially right now... I have witnessed a lot of people getting very useful help by posting images of the issues their plants have, and seeking advice on this forum, especially from members who garden in So. CA.

I’m trying to figure out what an appropriate price would be. I realized I have seen this set in the past quite some time ago in Kane’s flyers. We are on our way to see it now and it looks to be in very good shape. It includes headboard, footboard, two night stands, dresser with mirror, armoire, and additional smaller chest, which we need. I do like the style very much, but we will look for quality issues. Anyone have any thoughts on value used? I’m in central Florida.
