New female Bluebird

I'm typing this fast and will give more detail later today. The male has brought a new female to the yard. They are going from box to box. I don't want them to nest in the box without the cam. Should I removed the other box so they only have the cam box for selection????? My dh said he wasn't going to dig up the pvc pipe again. Also, even though she doesn't seem afraid of the spooker she does tug at the streamers, should I leave the spooker up or take it down? Should I remove the other female's eggs since she hasn't been around since yesterday morning and now a new female is in the picture?
