Swarming on my Black Eyed Susans

Every time i have a question someone always has the right answer on this site so here we go. I have bugs on my black eyed susans.
It's a black and yellow bug. they are not eating them as I have seen no signs of them dying or losing their blooms. They still look fabulous I just have bugs everywhere. They are yellow with black spots. One on the head, one on the mid section and then one on each wing, when folded behind it looks like two black spots on the end.
Can i get rid of them or do i just live through it since they aren't effecting the plant in anyway?
