Too cold for tomatoes to ripen in southern California?

I have 29 tomato plants including 25 different varieties growing in my garden. I have hundreds of green tomatoes, but so far have only gotten maybe two dozen barely ripe ones, mostly Stupice followed by Juane Flamme, Isis Candy, Juliette, and surprisingly JDs C-Tex, and finally Black Cherry. None of the other 19 varieties has yet to make a ripe tomato. All the plants are healthy looking and large, and knock on wood, I have not seen any disease or insect problems yet. I think the main problem is the cool nights in the 49 to 62 range we have been having so far this growing season.

Fruit set hasn't been a problem as every plant has green tomatoes on it.
