Hundreds of tomatoes but not a single ripe one

My garden this year is the best I ever grew, thanks to putting 20 cubic yards of horse manure/wood shavings compost on it, plus chemical fertilizer and dry cat food. I have 23 tomato plants, each with at least a dozen tomatoes on them on average, trouble is they are not ripening. I know what will happen, suddenly in one week I will get two or three hundred ripe tomatoes at one time. I also have a pair of big black bumblebees helping me. It is amazing how efficient they are as pollinators, hitting maybe 15 flowers a minute, minute after minute.
